IT MAKES ME CRAZY!!!!!!

Luckily, I don't have the many problems a lot of the other reviewers have - however, the one problem I do have, simply makes me CRAZY! When I go into the "Feed" section to read stories about my favorite TV shows (which is an AWESOME feature btw - if it actually worked), it only displays approximately 3-5 sentences of the article with absolutely no way for me to continue reading it. No link, no forward, no swiping left or right - up or down, no "continue", NO ANYTHING! Oh yeah sure <-> there are two arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen but THEY DON'T WORK - THEY'VE NEVER WORKED! I've tried emailing with questions numerous times, but of course I've never received a response. Quite frankly, I don't really know why I've kept the app - I guess in hopes it will magically work one day! I've also tried uninstalling & reinstalling, made sure all my settings were "set" up correctly, read all the FAQ, etc. I like all other aspects of this app, but..........In addition, I despise being ignored when I have questions - that's just RUDE! This was a problem with all my phones - iPhone4, 4S, 5 and now iPhone 5S.

This app is another example of software that is headed in the right direction of what we will want for our TV guides. Not only does the app allow you to do what standard TV guide apps do in terms of looking up your favorite programs in the schedule, setting alerts for these programs, and allowing syncing between your set top boxes but users can read stories related to their favorite shows and read the latest articles in the entertainment industry. These articles are brief and can be improved to full length stories but the idea of matching news feeds to personal content helps set the app apart. The interface is well designed and easy to use with spaced out tab selections and bright colors. Add this today to your TV guide app collection.

When it works, it's great.

Update2: this app has worked flawlessly for over two weeks now. I'm guessing server problems have been fixed. Works great now; excellent! .... Previously, I had written the following: It seemed to forget why it's on my iPad 3. It will often show the correct channels on the side bar, but leave 3 hour gaps in the schedule. Unfortunately, the 3 hour gap is usually the current time and 3 hours into the future. I'm hoping for an update, but for now: 2 stars. (Update: I turned off AUTOMATIC Time setting under General in the settings on my iPad 3. I've had success twice now ... nope, it quit again. Try rebooting your device.)
