MAYBE THE BEST OF ALL THE BREATHING APPS
What makes it the best? I feel it's the audible count down option. You can put relaxing sounds, or music on and not have to concentrate on the app just your breathing. Also total control of inhale, exhale, breath retention make this app a real winner.
Huge improvement !
I started this app two weeks ago and have been doing 4 sessions a week with 10 min sessions . I started at 1:45 and I am now at 3:07 !!! Never thought I'd be able to do that. Thank you!
