I love it!
I love the graphics and being able to create my own workouts is the point! I can focus on areas I want to work. I have injuries that force me to adapt my workouts and that's why this app is perfect. It breaks down all the moves by three levels and I can mix and match how I train my whole body. It lets you choose how much rests, reps, and sets. And gives you explanations of the types of workouts, Tabata, standard, hiiit, etc. I'm also crazy about how it shows what part of the anatomy each exercise works and gives you front and side views during the demonstrations.
Best app on Kettlebell I found so far
Even though there are only 2 workouts, the rest of the contents are very high quality. Like one other reviews said that there could be a few more moves but there are plenty and new moves I haven't used before. I do hope that the developers keep adding more moves then this app will be the best Kettlebell trainer apps on the market. Keep up the awesome work!
I don't get it
Yes, the graphics are nice, but I don't understand all of the good reviews. There are only 2 workouts that come loaded. You have to create the rest on your own. If I could create my own workouts, I wouldn't need an app. The descriptions are misleading. Also, there aren't really that many exercises, 51 total. There are dozens more Kettlebell moves that could be added. I contacted the developer twice to see if they would be adding more workouts and they have never responded. Disappointed.
