Minor improvements in the case filing experience
Super easy and effective
I was a little skeptical but since it was free I downloaded it. It work d perfectly and they found me $100 which I already used. Very impressed.
Don't pay these guys for something you can get on your own. Gave it a shot thinking that he results would be worth it and it was insulting what they and the airline agreed too. Nothing I couldn't have gotten by sending in a complaint directly to the airline. They were Unable to get my fiancé compensation (we traveled on the same reservation and had the same problem with United) as well which I found odd as United definitely admitted fault to some extent but why only compensate me? Maybe these guys took the travel certificate. I don't know. Either way, don't waste your time here. Save yourself their "fee" and go cry to your airline directly. You'll be better off for it.
They don't do anything
I've filed 3 times with service and all I get is a message saying they will file a case and get back to me. Then nothing. No follow up. No resolution. Useless app
