■ An epic quest
A world with two kingdoms: the Emblian Empire, which wishes to rule all worlds, and the Askran Kingdom, which stands in its way.
You are a summoner with the special ability to call upon legendary Heroes from different Fire Emblem worlds. In order to save the Kingdom of Askr from destruction, join the Order of Heroes and face a never-ending challenge.
■ Intense battles
Take part in strategic turn-based battles streamlined for on-the-go play with maps that fit in the palm of your hand! You'll need to think hard about the advantages and disadvantages of each Hero's weapon—and even evaluate the map itself as you battle. Lead your army with easy touch and drag controls, including the ability to attack by simply swiping an ally over an enemy.
■ Original characters meet legendary Heroes
The game features numerous Hero characters from the Fire Emblem series and a few brand-new Heroes created by artist Yusuke Kozaki, known for his work on Fire Emblem Awakening and Fire Emblem Fates. Some Heroes will fight at your side as allies, while others may stand in your way as fierce enemies to be defeated and added to your army.
■ Many modes let you play again and again
In addition to the main story, there are many other modes where you can strengthen your allies, compete against other players, and more. Also, free and timely updates will continue to add new Hero characters, content, and other surprises to keep you engrossed with hours of additional gameplay.
● Story Maps: The story brings together new Hero characters along with familiar faces from the Fire Emblem series. Lead your army to victory to save the Kingdom of Askr.
● Training Tower: Engage in battle scenarios of varying difficulty that you can play over and over to earn rewards and experience (EXP) for your allies. Each time you take on these maps, the enemies and terrain change to offer a new challenge.
● Arena Duels: Fight against your rivals around the world. Your high score and ranking will determine your rewards—items that can increase your Heroes' abilities.
● Hero Battles: Under Special Maps, discover various battle scenarios that are available for a limited time. Defeat the Heroes who oppose you to convince them to join you as an ally.
Battle together with your favorite Heroes, watch them grow, and enjoy an all-new adventure that opens up a path to the future.
[What is Fire Emblem?]

Nintendo's strongest mobile entry
UPDATE: Adding an extra star because of the amazingly good customer service. I have never seen a mobile developer do such a good job listening and communicating with its players! It's like they want to make us happy??? I don't know if this will pay off money wise for them, but I'm awfully happy
This is easily Nintendo's best adaption of the mobile game structure - all of the characters, voice acting, and dialogues are intriguing and rewarding. The game play is significantly more strategic and intriguing than most other games it's competing against, especially since it borrows so heavily from the already successful Fire Emblem games. But with the added strengths of the mobile game comes the added weakness - the game is EXTREMELY pay to win, and you have to pay, BIG. I've already heard reports of people paying $1000+ and still not getting the top tiered heroes. If you're looking to rank high or collect them all, your wallet or your patience will have to suffer. But if you'd like to casually enjoy Nintendo's latest offering, I highly recommend it!
Good, and slowly getting better
Raised my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.
The game as it is now is pretty fun to play, it's cool seeing familiar characters, redesigned older characters, and new faces we haven't seen before. Characters are well drawn and voiced, which is really cool. Gameplay is fun, although you cycle through the same maps with different enemies for one mode, while story mode is the original story map, followed by 2 harder versions of that map with 5 different maps per chapter (there are currently 9 chapters).
The recent Voting Gauntlet event was fun, but the game still needs something to make people come back to actually use their stamina, right now we don't have much reason to return once the characters we're using are all finished leveling up. The hacker problem seems to have been mostly dealt with, so that's a good thing. They have also announced that they'll be increasing arena rewards and adding daily quests for the arena. This seems like a good addition, I hope the app continues to improve with additions like this.
Great, waiting for new units.
(Original Day 1 Review)
As a FE fan who has played 400+ hours of Fates and Awakening and some of the older games, this mobile adaptation feels great. So far I have a team of Olivia (4S) Robin (5S) Sully (4S) and Abel (4S). Stamina recharge is fair. I feel like the limited mobility and map size can make group efforts clunky but Olivia's dance helps. I love the upgrade system, and friends system seems good. On iPhone 6s it's been running perfectly.
Can't wait for more characters that will come over time, you did good Nintendo.
p.s. save your upgrade mats and stamina tonics, and wait until 20 orbs to summon.

No Ophelia? 1 star! (just kidding.)
Loving this game still. I wasted my shards and did some dumb stuff, so I restarted. So far I have Erika, Catria, Gunter, and Robin. I still love the game and feel. However, once Lunatic is starting to run out of levels to do, there's limitations on orbs. However, I'm still going strong. I love this game, and I hope to see more events like the one scheduled for the 7th! The huge flaw I see is how bad the daily unit mission is. The Narcian and FRobin (Ew) events were cool, but getting set, typically outclassed heroes just isn't worth 15 stamina. However, I'm still having fun and many of my friends are, too.

Still having lots of fun with the game. Heroes battle is awesome but can be dumb at times. Still enjoying as much as I did at launch.
