Apple Store 4+

I felt compelled to review the Apple Store app after seeing that the first review was completely off topic and provided no useful information relevant to the Apple Store app.

I’ll say that I’ve found the Apple Store app to be very useful. It allows you to quickly contact support or make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store. My favorite feature is self-checkout, which allows you to walk into any Apple Store, pick out whatever product you want, scan the barcode with your phone, select a payment method, and walk out of the store, without ever talking to anyone. That rules!

I made a purchase through the Apple store app, trying to use my gift certificate credit. I place the order, then I happened to find out today that the purchase went to a separate credit card without my knowing at the time of purchase. I called a representative to try to get them to switch it to the get certificate balance, but they said the order was already invoiced and I could no longer make the change. I also couldn't be issued a refund for the order until I receive the product in the mail, at which point I would have to return it, then get a refund, then order a whole new product again with the gift certificate balance..... Did not expect that ordering from Apple would be such a mess.

I came in the store today and wanted to buy beats wireless headphones I took a couple down off the shelf put them on the desk and waited for help. No one came people looked at me and kept walking back to the to the back of the store then they came back to the front store and we don’t have the customers they had just walked in.I waited a little longer and then I approach the security guard and let him know that I was a very impulsive buyer and I wanted to buy the above mentioned items but not being served or even a hello I’ll be with you in a minute I left and I told him that. I had brought my phones there for 4 years ago and it’s almost time for upgrade . Customer service is number one and I just thought it was real sad to be ignored at the store.
