Improved UX - Thank you
Thank you for bringing important things back to making easy to access. It's the first time I've actually seen a product heed good advice. :)
Keep up the good work and thanks again.
I'm not sure what you guys are doing, but you've made it more difficult to find important information.
You now have payment due date, minimum due and balance information buried so deep in the app. You don't think it's important for the users to have easy access to this info so they can make their payments on time? Next to balances, this is the next important thing to a user.
Are you guys even doing usability testing and UX research before you make these kinds of decisions?
My rule of thumb for all product design from most important is as follows:
Obvious > Easy > Possible
It should be "obvious"to find payment due date, etc. because that's what is more important to the user.
It should be "easy" to change things like notifications and personal info because that isn't as important but it should still be easy to get to.
"Possible" things would be things like browsing information products or asking for help. Most of the time people never care to do these things on a mobile app but it's good to make it possible to do should someone choose. This can be buried deeper in the app because you would want the obvious and easy things to be quicker to get to for the user.
Do you see what I'm doing here?
I hope you revisit this. Thanks! 👍
Difficult to use---blue squares? Cannot access 'Full Site' page. Makes it inconvenient to use---take a look at previous displays Mr/Ms Programmer and see the easy of use before your graduation.
Why can't anyone leave good enuff alone? Just because you can, doesn't necessarily mean you should. I have been very disappointed in each new change inflicted on the customer....nothing gets easier, simply more to 'fiddle around with' to try to get to what was once straightforward. Grade D
Love Capital One's app! It's very user friendly and the deposit feature cuts down on those trips to the bank!
I can say that every branch of Capital One I've ever visited has the friendliest people to serve you! I've been a customer for over 20yrs! Tried others because of promotions but ended up closing those accounts after the promotions ended.
