I just added this App today, May 8, 2017.
I "desperately" need your help with many "unauthorized" iTune purchases on my account, and they have been paid for by my bank! I've tried 3 times all day long just to have a telephone chat with them, all that I've gotten is "promises" that I was being called at any minute, to "listen for my phone to ring", REALLY?! Well, it's now 7:28 pm, and they haven't "rang" me yet! This App has served me "No" good reason to keep and use it! Disappointed😔🤷🏼♀️But, not giving up!🙏🏼
enhancements needed
apple needs to provide more convenience-related features to its customers such as having the ability to text a customer when we bring an apple product in for service?
