I work at a Ford dealer and I use the appointment plus app every single day and have never once had a problem. Makes it easy to book and review appointments without having to go to the front desk. I highly recommend it.
Too much downtime
This organization tries to make updates to their application but just creates a mess when they do. Always down on Monday and you can't get in touch with anyone in support. They issue an apology 2 days after the bugs are worked out, only to have the app go down again. Wouldn't recommend until they find a better way to communicate and fix problems.
Annoying poorly thought out
I can't view the name of my appointment. I schedule on the half hour and it only shows a 1/1. Then I have to tap on it to see who it is. The screenshot they provide to sell you the app showing your appointments is not what I see on the screen. I keep asking my company to switch scheduling programs. This is so basic a functionality and they can't get it right!
