Apto has done an excellent job of integrating the components of their desktop app to mobile. When I am on the go, I can easily access tasks and contacts/companies and make all of the required updates to the accounts throughout the day.

So far I have been disappointed with function of app. It’s only useful as a contact database. After not using for awhile, it locked me out and won’t allow me to sign back on saying I’ve lost authority to access. emailing customer support has not been helpful. So, at this time the app is useless and to invest time getting a contact system to open is not good use of time.
