Experience Arab News newspaper on the iPad. This application will give you the ability to purchase your digital issue through iTunes and read and store as many digital issues as you’d like within the same app.

* ability to view a list of available and downloaded editions, sorted by month

* ability to 'peek' into an edition's front page before deciding on acquiring it.

* ability to purge/delete saved editions from the device's memory

- Full print-page PDF preview/reading

- Full-edition thumbnails slider

- Single article reading:

* easy-to-read, column-split article page

* special layouts for portrait and landscape mode

* ability to preview multiple media related to the article at hand (photos, videos)

* control over the font size

* ability to switch to the next/previous article (as long as they belong to the same page)

- Ability to switch at any item between article-view and page-view

- Ability to add articles to your favorites for later retrieval

Good, but can be better

The graphical interface is excellent in design but not in usability. Scrolling through text is wonky, and I shouldn't have to go to the top of a page in order to press the X just to go back to the main screen. I would also like the option to sort the order of sections.

Good newspaper with a good application.

I'll change the review to 5 stars if the developers Work on these minor issues. Thank you.

Not stable and needs some improvement

I've been an avid reader for past 8 years and since I moved to UAE I've been relying on e-print of this news paper and this app is one good source for me to carry around with my iPad. One tragic flaw is the print edition needs Full Screen. And at rare times the app crashes. Please fix these two options. And wouldn't mind addition of double tap zoom on particular articles/columns. Hope to see quick fix to these.
