Worst service EVER
Not only does the app not work, the website doesn’t work. If you are on a non compatible webpage like chrome it will tell you that there’s no bill due however if you work on IE it will give you correct information. The app doesn’t work for anything, APS cannot even control which date your bill is due, I’ve called no less than 6 times to get my due date switched and not one person can support it. Also trying to cancel a payment on the site is not possible it just brings up an error. So if you want to pay these people, I recommend in cash at a kiosk otherwise their tech services will probably get it wrong.

APS has been the worst experience of my life. I call and get an automated message that never understands what i need. I’m on hold for literally an hour waiting for an agent to answer. I got charged late fees after only being moved in for 5 days. I can’t reach an agent on weekends. There’s a fee for using a debit cards. There’s a fee for credit as well. The app doesn’t tell me how to pay without paying fees. No one is helpful. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely trash company. I wish i wasn’t forced to use APS.
Doesn’t work correctly
I just got the new update and it the spinner goes forever saying “trying to authenticate”. Their last update stated they removed the “compare” tab to make the app faster? What that’s ridiculous. You are supposed to add features not get rid of them. Besides the app won’t even open now.
For a company with so much profit stop being so cheap and find somebody who can build you a working application. This is embarrassing.
