HOW TO E-HAIL WITH ARRO:
Simply open the app and enter your destination. Immediately, you’ll receive a fare estimate, route preview, and an ETA for the nearest available driver for your trip. When the ride is over, the fare is paid automatically with the card on file or other payment method you added to your account!
HOW TO E-PAY WITH ARRO:
USA: If you are already in a taxi that you didn’t hail with our app, you can still use ARRO for faster payment! From the home screen, select “I’M ALREADY IN A TAXI”, then enter the 7-digit check-in code displayed at the top of the taxi’s screen to pair the meter with your ARRO account. At the end of your trip, your fare will be paid automatically and your receipt will be emailed to you!
LONDON: You can use ARRO to pay for all Black Taxis in London. From the home screen, select “I’M ALREADY IN A TAXI”. Then request the check-in code from your driver and enter the 7-digit code to pair the meter with your ARRO account. At the end of your trip, your fare will be paid automatically and your receipt will be emailed to you!

The “PAY” button has a new home and a new name:
At the bottom of the screen in a blue box, you’ll see a button which reads “I’M ALREADY IN A TAXI”. This is where you’ll tap to enter your 7-digit taxi pairing code to pre-pay for your ride. With your feedback, we made this adjustment to simplify the pairing process and create a more seamless app experience.
We’re able to determine your current location to provide you with real-time availability of taxis in your area. All you have to do is tell us where you’d like to go. Entering your destination to hail a cab will help us devise the most efficient route and provide your driver with the directions needed to get you there.

Bad user experience. Ill-designed app.
Every time I get into a taxi to pair it, this app asks me to first rate my previous taxi ride in a full screen pop up, no matter how long ago it was. What a useless, annoying, and time-wasting experience!
The first thing that’s important to me when I get into a taxi is not “How should I rate my previous taxi ride from last week?” This is an example of bad user experience when the app designers are not applying empathy for the customers, but are including annoying “features” that the app designers want.
Just use another app
Keeping it brief.
-App takes too long to connect for a ride. The taxis take too long to respond. I’m in an area where there’s at least 10 available cabs around the block and none would respond within the time.
-Cabs canceling minutes after they’ve chosen to meet me. What am I to do? Wasting my time.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with this app which fails to deliver.
This app just doesn’t work. It can’t perform the basic function of a calling a cab. It’s bonkers. It errors out and doesn’t tell you why. Might only be good to use as an estimator to Uber for price. Not worth using if you’re in a rush.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
