APP DOESN’T RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT
Started browsing on my laptop. Set up my account and password. Downloaded the app but it won’t recognize my account email or password. Makes it difficult to continue shopping when not on my laptop. It recognizes my account when I use the phone’s browser but even then the favorite feature doesn’t work. I have to keep putting items in my cart to save them. Don’t developers QC the sites and apps before releasing them? I’d be embarrassed if the most basic features of my site or app didn’t work and it was released.
Visual search rocks
Visual search makes it so easy to discover art...many times I only have an idea of what I’m looking for, which I can’t put into words. Visual search solves this problem!
Could be better!
The “view in room” feature doesn’t work well at all. I can only get a few pieces to actually load and when they do, I have to hold my phone up and not move it to see what it looks like. This would be so much better if I could simply take a picture of my wall and then overlay the art pieces on to it.
