Much needed update!

The new app is an amazing step forward, I really enjoy the new design and layout but there are a few bugs with this release. When you’re enabling the widget on iPhone the app still has you signed in even when you sign out of your account and log in on a different one. It’ll display the previous account’s information while “logged out” and trying to preview the different account. The only way I was able to change that was by reinstalling the app and making sure I had the widget disabled to ensure my account information won’t remain visible.

I wasn’t able to submit feedback directly through the app so I’m hoping the developers are looking at their reviews people are leaving. Like I said I think this new app is the one Arvest really needed for a while now and it’s finally on par with the other banks when it comes to banking applications.

Now all they need is support for the larger phones! (Like the iPhone X)

Deposit Bugs. Squash PDQ, PLEASE!


I've un-downloaded, re-downloaded, performed a hard restart, you name it... But I cannot get my deposit screen to function correctly. And honestly that's 95% of this apps usefulness. As it is, it just shows me a spinning cog that precludes me from even canceling or closing the app, leaving me no choice except to force-close, try again, & rinse & repeat.

The online deposit feature *Might* become less than 95% of app's use value *if* they'd ever add a true ebill feature. Ya know, one where you could view ebills that have arrived but have not yet been scheduled to pay, and then, like, pay 'em (Been waiting on that a looong time tho & not holding my breath...)

Since it doesn't have the ebill feature OR working deposits, this app is essentially useless to me.

Great Upgrade..but


This app is far and beyond the old Arvest app. Touch/Face ID is nice, plus more information for each account and transaction. However, the transfer between accounts feature is BACKWARDS. Logically speaking it should be, “From: Account A - To: Account B.” It’s just like driving, you leave point A and arrive at point B. This is extremely frustrating and confusing at times, because the interface is not as clean and straight forward as it should be. The Arvest Blue IQ web site does the same and it’s maddening. Some may like it that way, and I get that, but a checkbox under preferences to reverse them would be appreciated. Also, iPhone X support would be nice, but I’m sure future updates will include this.
