Customer Reviews

Asana is great, the app is alright.

As pervious reviewers have mentioned before, Asana is a really great way to share work projects and stuff. One of the ways the app could improve is by adding customizable fonts or backgrounds. Full access to asana on mobile would be great as well. I can see you guys are trying to push downloads but it's not efficient when the full website is not available through mobile. Personally, I think Asana should be designed for that person on the go who needs full access to everything through the mobile app.

Good, But Not Great

Asana is one of the best collaboration apps out there. The service is amazing and easy to use. Their web site is fast and friendly.

The mobile app needs help, though. For a tool meant to help with people on the go, they left a lot of the power you get from the web version out of the mobile version. It's not easy to take a great web experience to a phone or tablet screen, but there's more room for improvement than I would've expected.

For instance, assigning team members as project members can't happen on the mobile app. Neither can you edit project details besides the name. Subtasks are also inaccessible.

Find a way to get these amazing features and others into the mobile apps and this is worth more then the five stars this App Store allows for a rating.

Great Ministry Planner

I can now keep all my volunteers in our congregation up to date and have our services organized down to the minute. Every task and Sub Tasks as well. Great web interface too.
If it would support sending an alert text to my team would be good as not all my team have an email address. Great App for a first time user.
