ASD Mobile allows you to control and monitor your funeral home’s communications from anywhere. With this helpful tool, you can listen, read, redispatch and respond to messages, control your outgoing Caller ID, change your on-call preferences, update service information, handle online chats from your website and more, all from the palm of your hand. ASD is the only company to be recognized by the NFDA with two Innovation Awards (2012 and 2015), both of which were in recognition of the benefits of the ASD Mobile app for funeral directors.
Check out our latest app enhancements:
• Deep Archive and Search Tool: Have you ever needed to locate a message that ASD handled for you in the past? We have recently enhanced the Archive section of our app to include a search tool to help you find old messages, call recordings and dispatch logs. We’ve added categories so that you can even narrow your search to specific types of calls, such as price shopper calls. Our updated Deep Archive also stores messages for a greater length of time, allowing you to access messages more than 4 years old.
• MobileFH™: This NFDA Award-winning feature allows you to display the funeral home’s phone number as your outgoing Caller ID when dialing from your cell phone. You can activate MobileFH™ by tapping on any phone number within the app or by tapping on the phone icon at the top of the menu bar. From here, you can enter a number manually or tap on the phone icon to select a number from your contacts. A recording of your call will be available in the Patched section of ASD Mobile.
• Web Chat Alert™ and Web Chat Connect™: Add ASD’s Web Chat button to your website and ASD will assist your website visitors by providing information or taking a detailed message. When a website visitor conveys an urgent need, receive an instant notification via our Web Chat Alert™ feature. You then have the option to tap on this notification to instantly join the chat in progress with ASD’s patent-pending Web Chat Connect™.

The funeral exclusive call center has more than 40 years experience answering for funeral homes and developing solutions to give directors unmatched protection for their calls.
Please note that this app will only work if you are a current ASD client. During login, you must enter your cell phone number that is uniquely associated with contact on your ASD account.
