Strange Feedback

Am I the only iOS iPhone user that gets strange feedback when trying to listen to a message? It happens once in a while. My co workers have Androids and don’t seem to have this issue.

Life before the ASD Mobile app looks very different from life with the app. For one thing, reaching our staff with messages can be pin-pointed to a single on-call staff member, with messages going straight to a phone. Or, calls can be sent to multiple users so that the weight of being on call can be shared. If a call comes in that needs to reach another staff member, I can forward it to them within the app, or use the app to ask ASD to keep trying to reach the other staff member with the message. If I am not on call I can inform ASD of that from within the app and I can even turn off notifications if I don't want to be bothered.

One of the greatest features, is that I can receive information from ASD within the app and I never need to take a call. This is great for settings where it’s inappropriate for me to talk on the phone.

One of the best and newest innovations is the ability to “patch” an outgoing call using the number for the funeral home as my caller ID. Before this capability, I always knew that returning calls to customers with my cell meant I increased the likelihood of receiving business calls on my cell phone when I was off-duty or on vacation or in church. Patching the funeral home’s main line into my return Caller ID means the family will continue to deal with the funeral home contact information rather than my personal contact information.
