Horrible Waste of Money
Not only do they sell your phone # to every telemarketing company in the world they also will not let you activate your subscription. Emails to customer service are never answered and the telephone # is useless because none will ever answer your call. Oh and forget about a refund Apple doesn’t care either. Loser newspaper in a wasteful smutty town.
Doesn't work with IOS 8
App closes after a few seconds. Deleted App and reinstalled with no improvement. Online subscription is worthless until this is fixed! Can access local news (in a horrible format) on the I-Pad App version, but no national news. I gave up home delivery because of lousy service and price increase, and now the digital version has provided a similar poor customer service. Way to go Citizen Times.
What Happened to My Subscription?
After several months of subscribing to the paper via my iTunes accoutn, I received a notice that my subscription had expired. The app contains no way to renew! Citizen Times referred me to iTunes, who referred me to the Citizen-Times!! This is absurd and very frustrating!! Why prevent a paying customer from renewing?? Difficult to understand!!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
