Failed to confirm my order
Over the last 3 days I’ve tried to place an order. Each time, during the Confirm process, it gave me the same error message, “Your method of payment could not be validated. Please verify information or contact your payment provider.” Well, my credit card is good, and has been used recently, without a problem. This morning, day 4 of trying to place my furniture order, I downloaded the APP to see if I could place my 5 item order. No luck, same error message. Yesterday I tried to alert Ashley that they had a programming problem, but that fell on deaf ears. The company will lose a lot of income during the busy holiday season if they don’t get the payment confirmation step of order processing resolved.

The app wouldn’t even load on 3 different iPhones. We weren’t able to even get past the screen being all black with the words “face camera towards the floor” on the bottom. We tried everything. I had a feeling this wouldn’t work. To top it off, there is very little even available to be seen through the AR, even if it did work. We could see 1 piece from the bedroom set of 6 pieces and it was the end table. The least important object and smallest. I’d give this app 0 stars, but that isn’t an option.
App needs improvement
There is an option for the app to remember your login info...is does not work no matter how many times you click “remember” and this is a big turn off with an app. I set up an account so I wouldn’t have to constantly enter my email and password when I use the app.
The feature where you can see what the furniture would look like in your home looks like it will be nice if it’s ever finished.
