Ashley HomeStore offers convenience and flexibility when ordering and purchasing furniture and home decor. Depending upon size and weight, your products will be delivered by Ashley In-Home delivery or FREE small parcel shipping. With Ashley In-Home delivery, you choose the day you would like to have your items delivered. Ashley will place in-home delivered items in your room of choice, assemble, setup, and will remove all packing material. If you wish to pick up at one of our warehouses, Ashley offers the ability for you to pick up items from an Ashley warehouse near you.

Failed to confirm my order
Over the last 3 days I’ve tried to place an order. Each time, during the Confirm process, it gave me the same error message, “Your method of payment could not be validated. Please verify information or contact your payment provider.” Well, my credit card is good, and has been used recently, without a problem. This morning, day 4 of trying to place my furniture order, I downloaded the APP to see if I could place my 5 item order. No luck, same error message. Yesterday I tried to alert Ashley that they had a programming problem, but that fell on deaf ears. The company will lose a lot of income during the busy holiday season if they don’t get the payment confirmation step of order processing resolved.
App needs improvement
There is an option for the app to remember your login info...is does not work no matter how many times you click “remember” and this is a big turn off with an app. I set up an account so I wouldn’t have to constantly enter my email and password when I use the app.
The feature where you can see what the furniture would look like in your home looks like it will be nice if it’s ever finished.
Worst app and customer service
Worst app and customer service by far. What I was told yesterday is their site is not compatible with anything Apple and I should try to order on a friends PC... this is after I signed up for the Ashley advantage card and spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service telling me there was nothing they could do to help. This app doesn't work either, it signs me out every time I press the checkout icon...
