Hopeful
UPDATE: i contacted the developers regarding the crash. i was impressed at how i received a response nearly immediately. they attended to the issue in such a rapid response that i thought it only fair to update my review from 1 to 3 stars. i really want to rate this with 5 stars because it really is a great app. however, the continuous issues that have presented with the updates make me apprehensive to do so. my hope is that future updates will improve the app without losing data or enduring crashes and perhaps even include the ability to be more creative with the text such as more fonts, the ability to arc the letters, etc.
i typically never write reviews. however, i am soooo very frustrated. this makes the second time that an update has impacted my experience. on the first update, i lost about 50% of my work. though i never regained my work, it has worked fine since then but today i made the mistake of performing an update to this app on my ipad. now i can not open the app at all. this is really not helpful considering i can't access my work. i fear deleting the app and reinstalling because it says i will lose all of my data. i have turned the device off and back on post update and nothing works. i had to use my iphone which the app isn't downloaded on in order to even write this review.
were it a free app i could just chalk it up to a loss but having paid money for it, i am quite upset. can't say i need an ios update because that's done.

Fixed and cloud sync perfekt!:)
Had an issue yesterday after the update, where the app would completely crash when opening but contacted the developers and hours later all fixed and as great as ever. Since my old review has mysteriously went missing like many others, let me just say that if you haven't tried this app and are a creative person that likes to build original pieces from various categories of shapes, you'll love this app. I personally like it to build abstract framework and use various other tools as well, to get the looks I want. For those that know me, I despise subscriptions and generally any subscription will make me dump an app immediately and look elsewhere but in this case I do subscribe yearly for all of the cool choices one gets and probably will never get to ( it's just that much ). So, in this case I've made an exception regarding subscriptions which says a lot about how much I wanted and like this app. Plus, it's through a developer you can never go wrong with, anyway. Thanks for the awesome inspiration and toolset!
Great App!
You guys are amazing! I emailed customer service requesting a vector export and literally less than two weeks later....boom! Best response to a customer request I've ever experienced! I cannot say enough about this app! Cannot wait to see more shape packs. Also would love a nudge button to get shapes into that perfect place without overshooting. Wish they'd release packs more frequently, that's my one and ONLY complaint!
