Very Useful - One Suggestion…

Please add an additional option "submit signal report" so that a customer can submit diagnostics without reporting a service problem. In other words, a method of making a submission (with the short diagnostics test option) that service is okay in a specific location. This would help add "positive" data points to your internal maps and also allow customers to submit a report after a service issue has been repaired indicating their problem is resolved. — The reporting options on the existing app are all oriented toward negative feedback or reporting a problem. There should be an option for submitting a diagnostic report indicating there are no problems at a specific location. It seems that type of data would be valuable to you as well.

This MUST be a FAKE app.

This app is such a sick joke.

This program supposedly lets you notify AT&T that there is no coverage where you are.

But... The program will freeze up and simply not function without coverage.

Why? Upon opening, the program tries to establish a connection with AT&T. No coverage? No connection. It will just sit there, unresponsive until you have a connection.

Do you understand? You're supposed to use this app to report when you do not have coverage, but the app does NOT WORK if you do not have coverage! I'm not talking about it saving your location for later, when it does have coverage. I'm saying that button presses, recording location information (etc.) requires that you are connected for it to properly work.

Brilliant design.

What happens when you do report a problem area?

Absolutely nothing.

I've been reporting the same problem areas on a regular basis for FIVE YEARS.

Nothing has changed. Not even the app! It still just hangs without a connection.

Mostly good - needs update in Report Spam Text section

Tried to report a spam text, thought it had potential to identify spammers - but the instructions in the app don’t work - ( it suggests forwarding the spam text to 7726.
The AT&T site help seems to indicate that a pop-up will give directions - not quite right either.
Looks like a manual process :-(

I do like the rest of the app, but there wasn’t a easy to find way to send feedback to AT&T - so I warn them and other users here.
