The app is no longer letter-boxed on iPhone5.
The background images and a few button images have been updated for retina display.
Worked fine for me
The Microcell has been a blessing. I went from having 0-1 bars to completely full inside and outside the house. My Microcell is on the main/1st floor. I'm in the basement and I've had nothing but success. The cell signal on my phone is stronger than my routers wifi strength.
Now, as for the app I just did everything I needed it to do. The whole process from download the app, to saving all my changes didn't take any more than 5 minutes start to finish.
Quite basic overall, but I was quickly able to add two more numbers, and edit and label each, and every number already existing in my user list with a corresponding name.
Will not authenticate
App requires login but says "will not authenticate" even though info is correct - apparently this has been an ongoing problem for most who try to use this app -and- apparently ATT does not care because issue continues. I have uninstalled app. Losing faith in ATT - how do you NOT try to fix something that obviously has issues - makes one think ATT does not care about its customers and is asleep at the switch. Does not give me a good feeling when a company I rely on for a major service in my life (cell) says "use our app" then is apparently not reading reviews. Hey ATT spend a hour and fix this problem. It makes it seem like you don't care about my business as a customer and have abandoned the app. How hard can it be to devote some resources to fix something for your paying customers?
Works when you want to add a friend’s number quick
This worked for me despite some other reviews. Had one problem logging in so far out of about 4 attempts ("please try again”). The main site allows you to do more, but for a quick friend add, it works. I still don’t like the limitations of the system in general... I *might* have more than 15 friends over for a party… it would be nice to give them all *some* service. Also, my neighbor has a Microcell and we politely share for increased range… how about letting us name our cell tower broadcast (like a wifi network) ??
