Regina in Morgantown WV has always been my go 2. Customer Service called me about Direct TV & internet, the fiber optic was not in the area. I was grandfathered in to the unlimited. I left because there was a free phone offer and everything unlimited less money at USCELL. Wow, no hidden fees was a joke. Coverage was not good and multitasking impossible, they said the hope to fix by next year. The bill jumped all around. I gave up. Left and went to Verizon. Omg not only was the reception not as good at ATT they were clueless and sneaky ex offered you a free jet pack, failure to say insulation $20 and $20 month. “Thought you knew.” That was always the answer. Bill impossible for me to read and instead of 279 it was 678. Nightmare. I’m back at ATT the customer service was always great with Regina I am so happy she is still there. She knows everything about anything. She can tell you the prices right off and be honest. Their plan is great, coverage area great and relieved to end the nightmare. I really messed up leaving. Upset I probably lost the unlimited but they offer it now. The rate is great, you can add or remove any time you want. They cannot foresee what new packages may come up so if the new package looks better have them help you switch, the past is in the past. Thank you Regina. It was great to see your smiling face!!

Awesome Game


I used to think this game was an Overwatch Animated Remake but once I stared playing it with friends and new updates came out week and week, it it now my and most every gamer in the world favorite game! I love this game so much and how it will get updates every week so the game doesn’t get boring and how new cosmetics come to the game and all. It’s just great, and when I heard they were making it for mobile, my jaw dropped because I didn’t think that would ever be possible and nose that it’s out this early and how it is, I’m really impressed, now about the game, is it so much more that I thought it would be, it may be hard to control and all but for and mobile game, you can’t have PC skills on a small screen but for what it does do, it is great, it’s smooth, stable, clean, not may bugs at all. And just for a beta, I’m really impressed. My only concern is the shoot button, I hate that it is on the left side and not the right because it is hard to move and shoot at the same time. I know you can tap the right side but if there was an actual button on the right side that we could hold it just press to shoot, that would be great. Or if in the future, y’all could make a custom control setting were you can customize your control. But overall, great game in general and I love it, keep it up! 👍🏻



If and when the app works properly (pages load, no error messages) the information is rarely up to date. It’s always asking for feedback to improve customer satisfaction but you’ll be wasting your time to submit anything as nothing ever changes. One of my favorite aspects of this app are the messages that tell me to call customer service because of a “hiccup“ on their end. When calling customer service you can expect to be on the phone with multiple technicians for at least an hour who have little to no clue what they are doing (or they do and just love to punish you for their own amusement). That’s if you can even effectively communicate with them since most are located outside the US and don’t know how to maneuver off of their AT&T script. Then you will be told that you must go to an AT&T store to get help that only they can provide. After waiting patiently in the store for hours, working with an under trained employee who will “fix“ your problem as long as you wait X amount of time for the system to update, you get home and open your app to see that nothing has changed! So you go through this cycle again and again and again. If you don’t experience this you are one lucky person and I suggest playing the lottery with your entire savings! If you don’t believe me you either don’t care about your bill, plan and quality of service or simply don’t use most of the features you are paying for. To sum that up, The app is terrible and so is the company as a whole. Good luck
