Expensive ...No LIVE TRAFFIC INFO, NO TRAFFIC AVOIDANCE ..Completely horrible

It does better than other nav options I have found for iphone - but I think I must be missing something. It's crazy expensive @$9.99 a month. The information pertaining restaurants and other points of interest on route is 5-8 years behind. MAJOR NIGHTMARE visiting an unknown city, running low on gas and you get reroute to a gas station that has been closed since the beginning of the Clinton administration! Updating seems to be a major problem! The second huge problem is the app is operating with 0 that's ZERO traffic information, nor traffic avoidance options. My guess is it must be functioning with NO real time satellite information- which is 50% why you use a navigational device- right ? If you know the way to work for example, you just want to get there in a timely manner - what good is an app that tells you the route to work and not that an accident has shut down the expressway and traffic is backed up for 2 hours? It's just lame, and quite frankly dangerous.

Very poor support to No Support

Used the various methods available to tell them that crucial details are missing from the last update. It no longer sees a newly developed major freeway access. I can no longer access my contacts from within the app, and it no longer rotates 360 degrees. What is most disappointing is paying a monthly fee, which is collected without delay, and ending up with inferior program. There doesn't appear to be any support for this app. I have reported these problems several times and now I no longer confirmations they are received. Wish they invested as much interest in this app as they do their cell service. Go with Google maps. They do a better job with the app AND have responsive support.
Wish AT&T did more QC on the vendors they allow to sell direct to their customers.

I finally canceled this app today after nearly three years of being mostly satisfied. After a recent upgrade, the app switched to navigating solely via frontage roads and back roads, no matter which route I selected and no matter which avoidances were set. It also has annoying navigation options, but I could deal with them when I could rely on the route. Also, despite the fact that I paid for this, not only was I getting ads, but irrelevant ads were showing up in my search results. When I am looking for the airport, I'm not going to suddenly change my mind and go to a mediocre chain restaurant instead.
