No useful info. It uses standard filter down way to fix issues, but it only goes down like 2 levels. If you actually chat, they switch people when they don't have he answer. The people I had didn't even know how their own app was supposed to work. I am deleting app, and not even bothering with it anymore.
Trying to use this piece of crap to restart TV after power outage--no options work; no one is available for chat ('call back later'), stupid app says 'success' when attempt to restart receiver fails. How useless is this??? Why even HAVE an app that doesn't work? And by the way, the earlier version was excellent.
Don't waste your time
This app is close to being useless. Not only can't it restart my router, but it also never notifies me when supposed service outages are repaired--despite me having "opted in" to receive such messages.
