- Fixed an issue where if you pause during a warp-in at level start and then equip a badge, your char reverts to level 1.
- Key/gemstone bug: Added protection to prevent losing your keys/gemstones if your device hiccupped while using an item. The game will provide you a new key if it detects a mismatch between how many keys are in a level and how many doors are still locked.
- Alexandrite bug: using Alexandrite before the scripted moment on the Orange boss fight no longer gets you stuck.
- Made more strategic memory optimizations. The app is more stable against memory crashes
- Regeneration bug: fixed an issue where if a Gem is defeated with a regeneration item or badge on, they were half coming back to life while still being in their "defeated Gem form"
- Final boss bug: fixed a bug where the last boss could become forever immune.
- Lucky/Shamrock badge: fixed a bug where having these two badges and taking them off would lower your luck below where it started
- Bagel sandwich bugs: fixed an issue with the bagel sandwich breaking the Orange and final bosses when they shoot lasers at it.
- Steven gains XP past level 20
- Fixed an issue where if the app is interrupted when opening a chest, you could then not open any more chests until you force quit the game
- Fixed an issue with gemstone walls where if the app is interrupted when putting a gemstone in, the door might not open or you might lose a gemstone
- Fixed an issue where if a Gem is defeated in battle and revives after the battle ended, sometimes the game could crash

Wonderfully original!!
My kids watch this show and I watch it with them. It's great to see writers with enough creativity to make any new concept for a show these days that doesn't just involve abstract and confusing plots. The game was WAY more than I expected. I'm an old school gamer. Beat legend of Zelda at 3. Watched my dad play for hours. I played every RPG under the sun from Dragons Quest (Highly Recommended Since they ported to iOS) to modern MMORPGs. This game is so tightly made that I couldn't put it down till I beat it. There are a few useless skills toward the endgame but the options you do have far outweigh the bad. Almost 100% flawless. Highly recommended it to anyone who likes turn based RPG fighting style. Really great also for teaching my 4 year old how to get into RPG element games. He loves it and has greatly improved on his addition and subtraction skills. The game is innocent enough for even my 4 year old. No cursing and all the character have great attitudes. Amazed really that people still have creativity enough to make great games like this one without copying to much from games already out there. Kudos and can't wait for number 2.
One of the best game/app I have ever downloaded
Okay, first of all...I'm not of the ages between 9-11 (I'm 19), but I can say that EVERYONE who loves RPG kind of games will love this no matter what! I've barely downloaded this game today, and I'm so addicted to it; it literally is one of those games where you want to go through the story to see how it goes, as well as, grind so much thoroughly, so that the bosses aren't so difficult to defeat. Also, can I just point out that even though the art isn't so "3D," the quality and the voices are so accurate from the series, I'm just really happy! Tbh, I'm really hoping they update more of this, and add maybe more to the storyline (even if it's not relevant to the original storyline) because I just want to keep playing it haha. Moreover, hopefully the "cap" for max level gets increased since I want to make my stats hit in the double digits. Anyways, I can go on and on about this game, but seriously, it's definitely one game I'll enjoy for quite awhile. Thank you.
Wonderful RPG based on a phenomenal show!
Steven Universe is such a heartfelt show that's really dear to me, so I was really looking forward to playing through this! It didn't run very well on my iPhone 4, but I upgraded to a 6 and just finished up 100%ing the game! Oddly enough, the "100% Every Level" achievement did not unlock for me, though... :P
Anyways, the gameplay is a really fun and simple-to-understand RPG. Timing-based attacks and an upgrade system with each character level-up hearken back to Super Mario RPG, so if you were a fan of that, you'll probably enjoy it!
Don't expect a deep story since it IS a mobile game, but the conversations you do get between the characters are sweet & funny, just like the show. :) I heartily enjoyed this game, and really hope to see some additional content (maybe with a level cap increase) or a whole new game in the future! Maybe we could even see a full console game someday based on the series if we're lucky, and fans do well supporting the show financially~!
