Works nicely when set up right

When I first tried to use it, there was no sound. I did not see a way in preferences to set the input (nor did I realize my input had been changed to Soundflower). There was no FAQ I could find. So I wrote Fliplab. The response was almost immediate with the solution (going into my machine preferences instead-simple but I am no computer expert). I love that it was so quick. I agree there needs to be keyboard shortcuts. But the output is great and does what it says. 5 Stars will be the rating when the prefs are improved (or the setup help is) and when there are keyboard shortcuts built in.

Just use another app

I used this app to record lectures during class. I’d record, save, and plan to listen to them later while studying. I recorded a total of 9 lectures, and only 3 saved. The other 6 should have been over an hour long, and the duration next to the recording literally said 0:00 about a week later. I never write reviews, but the lectures I recorded were very important to me and I hope no one else has to experience this.

It does what it says.

Yes, it grabs your voice when you speak into your mic. Would have been more excited if there was an option to record system sounds, that would make it useful for recording Skype calls and other webinar stye stuff which is 90% of what I do. Won’t replace my current solutions. Also a little worried about longish recording sessions - will have to see if it can handle 1 hour + recordings (nothing to indicate that either way.)
