UPDATE: Why is it so difficult to download magazines???


I was able to delete ONE thing! And I’m not even sure how I did that,because I’ve tried downloading most recent magazine with no luck. I have every receipt from 2017 and cannot download a single issue. I’ve contacted support and nothing has been “resolved”! Hmmm, I wonder what my next option should be to resolve this? The BBB? With my actual receipts I have, that’s $3.99 x 13....And if you want to know why I am just now dealing with all this? Well, my son’s had the iPad for most of the time and I finally got my own iPad for Christmas. And so,now,here we are. Frustrated!
I have done everything. Today I was informed by Apple that subscription is device specific, so whatever device I initially ordered subscription from is the only device I can get magazines on. Is this true? He said I would have to cancel subscription and resubscribe but I would lose everything from before. That sounds kind of backwards and crazy to me. I hope this isn’t so

Awful delivery system, and you only get your “free” issue after you subscribe

The app is awful! I had no idea I was subscribing to a digital-only magazine. Not to mention, the “free” issue is really only a discount off your subscription once you subscribe.

I was able to download an issue when I first subscribed, but I have no idea how to get new issues when they come out. The app is so convoluted, why don’t they stick to publishing a magazine and forgo the app? Clearly they can’t figure out how to deliver digital subscriptions.

I love your articles! However, I am a bit confused with which magazines I have actually purchased. I also want to have hard copies to leave around the house for relatives to read. Maybe they will pick up some pearls too!
