Your Aware - Mindfulness Meditation subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your iTunes account but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
Aware also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $74.99 with unlimited access to the Aware - Mindfulness Meditation for the lifetime.

LOVE This App!
I have been trying to meditate off and on for years. I’ve used taped recordings. I’ve tried a class here and there and I’ve tried it on my own but I never really got anywhere. This app has been so helpful to me. I love the way it builds my knowledge and confidence in a gradual, steady way. I found the Foundation Course to be an excellent way to learn how to meditate. I had already learned some relaxation and breathing techniques prior to using the app but this course helped me to use those skills to gain a better understanding of meditation. The biggest surprise has been that I enjoy doing it. It starts out 10 minutes a day the first week, 15 minutes the next week and 20 minutes the 3rd week. A very good way to build a new habit.
I also really like the instructor. His voice is relaxing but not dull. He explains things in a down to earth way and seems to know what I’m thinking or worrying about and addresses the issue.
Finally, I was impressed with the quick response I received when I sent the developers a question. I received an answer within a few hours that was very helpful.
I highly recommend trying it for a week. I did and was happy to pay for a year. It’s been a couple of months now and it has been well worth my money and time already. Best of luck to you!

Love the App! Not sure about the redesign...
I love this app. It has helped me in so many ways, especially simplifying what meditation and mindfulness are within the lessons themselves. The voice guides you intuitively and demystifies the process for anyone who is new to meditation.
The only thing that I think takes away from the app is the recent redesign that includes pictures for the courses. I think the beauty of the app was how simple it was, each course or single being represented by a simple pictogram. It wasn’t as cluttered as other meditation apps can be and that, along with the meditations themselves, distinguished the app from others. I really enjoyed the minimalism, and I hope they go back to that. Otherwise, it really is wonderful :)
The easily my favorite guided meditation app
I love this app so much. I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this one is streets ahead of the others. Aware is *extensive.* It covers so many topics that I never knew I needed a specific meditation on. Even with all that, it’s so easy and calming to use. You’d think that an app stuffed with so many meditations and courses would be stressful to navigate, but it’s not. It’s a smooth ui.
