I love the app and enjoy seeing my progress (when I remember to wear my pop and turn it on). Wish there were some comparable stats and more info on what racquet head speed translates to for ball speed and examples different of pro players' racquet speed to have some reference. Sometimes the stats seem a bit off when it comes to number of serves, volleys, back/forehands, etc. so I'm not sure about the accuracy sometimes, but most of it rings true with what I felt in each match or practice session.
I used to have a Zepp but switched to the Pop because I didn't like the Zepp weighing down my racquet. I love the stats on this though. I find it to be pretty true as to how I'm playing. It's nice being able to know I'm getting better and to have physical data proving how I am getting better and where I need to improve.
