A guide to emergency situations for birth to one year.
Baby MedBasics: Your baby is choking. Do you know what to do? Does your babysitter? This app was created by a doctor who's also a dad and by a nurse mom. Baby Medbasics turns your moments of panic into moments of action. After having to save their own son from choking, the founders of Medbasics realized that part of loving any baby is knowing what to do during an emergency and making sure everyone who cares for him or her does as well. With brightly color-coded navigation tabs, simple instructions and illustrations, you'll be able to handle choking, CPR, bleeding, fever emergencies and more.
PicPocketBook brings Baby MedBasics to the mobile iPhone app format. Lifesaving information is now at your fingertips. Easy to use: a single tap takes you to step-by-step CPR instructions, instructions for a choking emergengy, and more. Pages swipe for quick navigation. A must for parents and caregivers looking after an infant.

What's New in Version 2.4.1
Added new sections on Allergies, Rash, Falls, and more. As seen on The Today Show, CNBC, as well as Good Housekeeping and Parenting Magazine!
Good info, bad navigation.
This app has some very important information for us new parents. The navigation needs a ton of work though. It's blurry, and doesn't look that good on a retina display; ie 4s. The tabs at the top are very small, and the slide navigation is confusing since there is no way to know what section you are in. These seem like quick fixes. Come on devs!
Hopefully you never need to use this app
Hopefully you never need to use this app because the navigation is so difficult to use and the text is so small that you probably won't be able to find the info you need in an emergency.
Bad navigation, tiny text, and inconsistent alignment make this app difficult to use.
You'd probably be better of googling for help in an emergency.
Clear and easy to use
Definitely recommend to parents and caregivers of babies.
