"The layout of your app is amazing to say the least and my one year old who already knows some signs was so into the babies signing instead of the adult that we see in most videos and other apps." ~Victoria
"My granddaughter is 6-months and when she sees my phone she reaches for it and pushes the buttons to see the babies...she loves to look at them" ~Olivia
I love this APP ! I looked for a long time before stumbling across this one, it is by far the BEST. I used to work in pediatrics & did a lot of co-treats with speech therapists & learned a lot from them. As they say, "If you don't use it, you lose it" , that happened to me. I especially love the feature of being able to watch the sign ! I highly recommend this for ANY parent/caregiver! Thank you for this incredible app!!" ~Discojd
"Love this app
My whole family has learned so much from this app. I have 3 kids 8,7 & 3 years old and they are all learning with this. I have told other parents about it too!" ~Mommy Renee

Please Note: it has been stated in a recent review that one of the animated babies has a speech problem. While this was the case with a very early version of the app, it has been resolved for quite some time. If you are still affected by this issue, please visit the 'Unlock Signs' screen and follow the screen prompts to install the free update of the app's downloadable content.
Update for iOS 10 compatibility.
Ratings and Reviews
I rarely leave reviews on apps but I just had to for this one. I've tried so many products that say they can help my 3.5 son begin communicating since he is autistic. I decided to get the lite version to see if he will like it. Like other reviewers said there is only about ten words in the lite version but wow do they work. Within minutes my son knew one word and after working for thirty minutes he knew diaper, drink, and eat. I'm almost in tears because this little app taught my son in minutes what he's been working for months on. I think why he took to this app so much is because of the little babies. He likes watching and mimicking them instead of an adult. I will definitely be upgrading to the full version.
Not my favorite sign language app
We have used sign language to communicate with our son since he was about 10 months old. I recently got an iPad and was excited to find this app, thinking it would help me increase my signing vocabulary. The free version is very limited in vocabulary. Even with the in-app purchase, I still didn't get very many signs that I didn't already know. Additionally, it's very difficult to tell how to do the sign by watching the animated babies perform them. Also, the spoken words are in a heavy British or Australian accents, making it difficult for me to understand what they are saying without reading the word first The app is cute and may be entertaining for some babies and toddlers, but this is not what I needed in a sign language app. I would primarily suggest increasing the amount of words offered.
The only reason this app us getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is super cute and visually the best looking baby sign app... HOWEVER it is just a teaser. I was so disappointed with the free version of this that I began researching all of them, and there are plenty more free ones that offer more than10 signs. Come on! If you want customers to buy your app, make the free version a little better than that. I ended up buying smart hands: it has great reviews, offers the most signs for your money and includes just About any word a baby would need. I like that this app uses cute baby graphics that would attract a baby to watch it, but that's about it. I would recommend the free version of smart hands if you are looking for something USeFUL . Downloading this free one is a waste of your precious mommy time.
