This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
Babyphone is a Babymonitor that will call you on your own house phone or any other phone to be alerted upon the child awakening, without having to be camped out, next to the door to the baby's room.
The main screen of Babyphone shows the current status, the microphone sensitivity and the threshold for triggering the alarm.
If the Microphone’s display reaches or exceeds the set threshold, the previously defined phone number will be called.
In the settings you can enter the number to call. In addition, there is a sleeping interval with an adjustable delay in minutes, after which Babyphone will reactivate itself again.
What's New in Version 1.9
- iOS 7 support
- support for the iPhone 5 - 5c - 5s
- fixed problems where the phone would ask to press a button to make the call
iphone only app
it uses the iphone dialer to dial out the phone number that you want dialed incase a sound is detected, though in many cases you wouldn't want to use the default dialer, this app will be #1 if it can dial-out using facetime OR google hangout OR skype, that will allow it to be used on ipad also.
Buggy on iOS8
Can only make one call on iOS 8, then it cannot activate the microphone anymore thus will never call again. Not good.
