What's New in Version 2.1
Does its job, but...
Is there any chance there could be a way to save your login info so you don't have to re-login every time the window closes? #1, it's annoying, #2, half the time my finger recognition doesn't work and I'm there typing it all in. If I want to get to a filed, I'd like to open up the app and find it quickly. Also, is there a way to be able to simply view or listen to the file (for a document or song for example) without needing to download the file similar to other back up programs? Like on Dropbox or google drive, you can click the file and view it within the app rather than needing to download the whole file.
I love backblaze, but the app is terrible. If you try to recover more than 10 or so files you'll be locked out of your own account! Also, there are no thumbnails for backed up images, making it impossible to find the image I want to download to my phone. I have to try a few images at random to find the one I want, and if I download too many I get locked out for 24 hours!! Seriously?? Simply useless.
I love the idea of this: being able to access ALL my files from my computer on my phone as opposed to the select files I add on Dropbox. However, the app just doesn't cut it.
It won't let you download files larger than 30mb?! From a user so used to using Dropbox, it will take major upgrading for me to think about using this as my main option.
