Backgammon Reloaded 4+

The game has nice graphics and works well, very qualified for five stars...except one thing: It cheats. I have played this game perhaps a thousand times and continually see it favors itself highly. If I leave a blot it WILL roll what it needs to put me on the bar. Then I may have to roll as many as ten or more times to oget off the bar, However, if the computer leaves a blot, it rarely rolls in my favor. If I do place it on the bar, it ALWAYS rolls what it needs to get off within two turns. Dice rolls should be purely random! I feel generous giving it two stars.

Players CHEAT. They delay your dice roll. They can even manipulate your rolls. You will play a game where you will only roll 1's. 5:1, 2:1 -those are typical repeaters. You will never win on only these two rolls. People also have RACIST names. And they also do not use astericks to conceal what they are saying. (certain people hanging from trees), that is an actual reoccuring player. I am amazed the designer hasn't been sued. The designer(s) just don't care. I wish they charged $1.99 or $3.99 to weed these horrible people out. Players can call you whatever name or threat they feel like. You can opt out of chat but then your friends can't reach you. I keep the block on, but people delaying my rolls and choosing my rolls, whats the point? Oh and they will also get 5-7 doubles in one game. This is just impossible. Like I said, THE DESIGNER DOES NOT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX ANYTHING!

Graphically, it’s not much to look at. It doesn’t have much by way of special features. And the easier levels that you are required to play at first are a joke. But once you get to levels 4, 5, and 6, you’re playing a pretty tough player. I think this one will keep me busy for a while.

To the creators, please offer the ability to set games with a higher total than 5. And if there’s an undo function in there, I’m missing it. You should be able to redo at least your first die.
