Bank of Tennessee Mobile 4+

The app is fine until it is not. I will attempt a transfer from one account to another and even if it says successful, that is not always the case. This last time, it resulted in me getting an overdraft fee that the bank refuses to refund, even though I made the transfer, but the system glitched and did not successfully make.

I think having an application for easy transfer is huge. I still can not find out how to transfer money from my checking account to savings account. Also, This bank needs to tie their credit card to the application for easy pay off. I think the best program I ever used was US Bank and Bank of America. I think the application has tremendous potential, but just needs some major tweaking. I will give a two star rating because the ease of money transfer from one account to the next is very big for customer service.

I’ve never had a bank app that was so concise and efficient. It’s incredible that for a smaller independent style bank that they have such wonderful tech presence and support. I have two other accounts with credit unions and Bank of Tennessee is my day to day for many reasons but their online platform is one of the main reasons I use them regularly.
