BankRI Mobile Banking

Bank Rhode Island Mobile Banking is a free service that allows you to access your BankRI accounts from your iPhone or iPad. Services include viewing your account balances and transaction history, receiving account alerts, transferring money between your accounts, and paying bills.
To enable Mobile Banking you must first be enrolled in BankRI's Online Banking service. For more information, visit bankrhodeisland.com

At least several times a week when I'm trying to sign in I get an error message telling me that my accounts cannot be accessed right now. Inside the app you can see your account balance and recent transactions but you cannot search for a transaction. Mobile deposit is hit or miss & they do not even have a hyperlink to call customer service inside the app. This is not app specific, but I really hate the way they itemize transactions; it's a bunch of internal bank lingo encoding and sometimes the merchants name is not even visible. Touch ID is overdue. BankRI needs to make major improvements to its website as well. So clunky and antiquated.
