Take me out to the ballgame!
I've never played the board game, but was definitely intrigued by the concept the first time I read about it. I finally picked the game up and absolutely love it!! If you are a fan of board games, sports, or strategic card games, this game definitely has something for you, and is so much fun it was hard to put down to complete this review. I look forward to many more hours of future baseball!
Great board game, ok app
This is a fantastic game, and the app replicates it well enough. It does not seem to have any bugs that I have found, and the game plays very well, but the app itself feels cheap and poorly designed. As you can probably see from the screenshots, it's not a very attractive game, and the game sounds aren't any better. Some may see this as charming, but I find it sloppy. Otherwise, the game plays smoothly, and the board game itself is one of the most underrated games today.
I have not played the physical board game, but after playing the app it is on my must buy list. Replay value is excellent and would obviously be better with the expansions as well.
