I love this game!
Like others have mentioned, the user interface needs work. The card scrolling/selection is clunky, and the layout itself could use some care to avoid stretched out graphics. I also think there is a bug with base runner advancement on some cards that have instant effects, as I've seen some slow runners go from second all the way home on what should have been a single (but this rarely happens, so must be a specific edge case of some sort).
I love the board game version but the graphics issues on this make it difficult to play. Grabbing a card re-positions where your finger is so you can't move the card to where you want. In other words if you have your finger on the corner of a card, as soon as you begin to move it, the card has jumped so your now on the center of the card. And from there you can't get it to where you want to move it. Also similarly 3 times it's put a different DH in standby than the one I've tried to put there. Pretty much spoils an otherwise good game.
This card game FEELS like baseball without bogging down in trying to simulate baseball. I appreciate the work that had to have gone into riding that fine line and cracking this system.
The app is decent, not perfect but good enough. The five stars are for the game itself; don't miss out on it!
