This app is well worth the money if you are someone who wants/needs white noise to sleep. I will set it to thunderstorm and them put my Bluetooth Jambox in the window beside the bed. You really can't tell if it is really training or not! Love it!
I really do love this app. I enjoy the different sounds available. My favorite sounds are the brook and the ocean waves. Since I live in southeast Louisiana, i can always feel at home no matter where I am.
I have to use sleep sounds to sleep. This one is great because there are several
Tracks with no discernible repetition. If my brain picks up on repetition I can’t sleep. I really enjoy this app.
