Stop redoing the entire app.

I’ve used this app for probably about 2 years now. I’ve been through two major updates and both times they have completely messed up my sleep schedule. When you get so used to falling asleep to something, you find what works for you and then all of a sudden it’s completely different and it’s really hard to sleep! It did not have to be redone. I liked the ambiance noises before (like rain, or crickets, or the beach) instead of the song type sounds you have now. I woke up the other night and had to turn the whole thing off because the music has really loud parts to it that just jolt you awake. About this same time last year you did a similar complete remodel and it took me months to get comfortable with it, and I was happy. Now I can’t use it again. I’d really like an option to revert back to previous models. Or if possible, just creating a completely separate app next time. Should I expect the same thing next year?

Finally Getting the Stress Out

This has vastly improved my mornings. Spending 10 mindful minutes in the morning reduces my stress and gives me clarity throughout the day. The Setting Intentions meditation has given me a more positive outlook that lasts throughout the day.

The app works in background mode so the phone doesn’t need to be running for it to work (and the screen can be put to sleep) The ability to unlock all of them for $4 is a great deal.

Repetition will produce the best results. Daily, weekly, monthly, you will find that it brings a constant sense of peace and security.

Outstanding

What an incredible update. I absolutely love the sleep sounds, they put me to sleep instantly. The free audiobooks are great to listen to when I’m in bed. Also, the meditation alarm clock wakes me up every morning with mindfulness. Easy to use and the new meditations really take the stress away!
