This app is recommended. I like it because i want to have a flatter belly, and a prettier and toned stomach. I am only going into 8th grade, and for me, the 7 minute exercise is easy. Because I got used to it! I have started about just over two weeks ago and I have been doing it daily, and I’m SO proud of myself. I don’t even do it at a gym, I just do it at home on a mattress and using the floor when I need to. In my routine, I first do the 7 minute workout, then the core trainer (13 min) that’s when it’s a good amount for me, it isn’t the worst thing in the world, but I’m doing it daily, so it is a good amount for me. Also, because I use another app for my legs right after I finish the workout on this app.. Anyway, I have some advice for you. If you think that this is the hardest thing in the world, trust me, it’s not. You get used to it and you feel stronger. I’m only almost 13 years old, and I feel happy with my workout. You’ll get more in shape so it will be easier. Find the right amount for you, and go a bit harder each time. You can do this! Also, one last thing.. The really awesome thing is that even when I’m so not in the mood for a workout, also because the best time I can find to do it is at 8-9 pm, my body still has motivation and I end up getting it over with. THANKS TO THIS APP, I think. 😅

This ab workout app is like having your own personal trainer. What I’ve known about myself is that I have trouble getting motivated when it comes to exercise. I used to exercise a lot when I was in my 20’s, but then as I got older and had more responsibilities, a career, getting married and having a baby, I lost all that motivation. What’s more important than everything else? I realized that I wanted to be in great shape again and the only to do that was to work out. I found this app and now my motivation is back! This app makes me excited to work out and I love that the “trainer” is counting down for you and keeping track of your exercise. Keeping track is a pain, but this almost forces you to just do it! No experience required! You build up to it. I’ve been using it for over a month now and I am already getting toned and more definition as well losing fat! It’s a Godsend!
It just ok
It shows you next move in such a small & light font it is very difficult to read. To learn the move you hit the play button which takes you to different random sites where a trainer shows you the move. Some are done well, others very cheesy by someone in their living room with no professional speaking skills.
It's ok for now until I find one I really like. If all the demo videos were done by the same person &professionally recorded then this would be a keeper.
