Don't buy. Not much here.
What it does is provide a counter for sugar & carbs. It doesn't give you the ratio that the Belly Fat Cure is based on so you have to calculate that on your own. It has hardly any preloaded foods (compared to my***pal) and they make it hard to add foods bc you have to use their categories. So if I want to add Panda Express, I have to choose from 5 fast food places as the category otherwise it won't let me add it. Do I have to look under KFC to find the Panda Express I entered. It seems Np one is updating the 2011 app.
Not even worth the data it took to download.
Crappy search tool. Limited food database. Difficult to navigate. Why not just give us a quick calculator for the carb sugar thing and let us track food on an app that is user friendly. I'm just going to lay out a carb calculator in excel and open that on my phone.
Don't buy, wasted $3
I've been using Lose It for years and fell off the diet and exercise wagon and eventually gained weight. I just recently downloaded Jorge's book and that the app would be helpful. WRONG
TRY Lose It or My Fitness Pal instead. There's nothing to this app, I'm deleting it.
