Say goodbye to spreadsheets and scruffy bits of paper for good. Create, share and update rotas via the app. This includes a by-day (portrait) and by-week (landscape) view to help you get straight to the information you need, and copy&paste for faster creation and editing.
Keep your finger firmly on the pulse. Monitor your team’s working hours, share shifts fairly between staff and keep a check of holiday and absences with just one click.
Make light work of staff requests. Receive and approve time off requests in seconds. Be notified of sickness, and log it instantly.
Take the hassle out of finding cover. OnTime will suggest suitable cover options, and once approved, the app will update the Rota accordingly.
Cut down on admin. Your team’s working hours will be summarised and sent to you for approval so that you can accept, reject, edit and track all hours worked in just a few clicks.
Also includes clocking in/out, direct messaging and handy shift reminders.
This version of the app updates the rota to default to landscape (or full week) display and adds the ability to copy & paste shifts to speed up rota creation. To trigger copy & paste simple long press the shift you want to copy and tap to paste.
The app is now localised for French and Spanish. In addition to this the app better follows your date format preferences.
There are also some bug fixes to staff management and importing your contacts.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
