delivery and install. no call no show
I placed online order on Nov 3rd for a dishwasher with delivery and install scheduled between 8 and noon on nov 14th. at 1215pm that day I called customer service who told me no call,no show? that is not acceptable. she then three way called me to someone else and quickly dropped the call.
the person i was transfered to then told me she could not help me as "no tech has been assigned so i dont have anyone to call"(meaning nobody was in charge of my delivery and installation). she said "it wont be happening today". and told mr that regional would call to rescedule the delivery and installation.
At 4 pm when i still had not heard anything I called your customer service again to be informed they only recieved my delivery at the shipping point this morning at 6:48am and that there was nobody available to get it out for delivery at that hour so to rescedule. I was given one chooce of nov 17 from noon to 4 pm or not again until after the 21st.
I chose to cancel the entire order.
I am a self employed person and had this been my customer, they would have priority. shop local shop small if you want good customer service. the big box chains only want your $$ now. they dont care about customer satisfaction or loyalty.
Great alternative to driving to the store or logging into your pic
As the title states, I enjoy the ease of shopping from my phone or tablet. My recent purchase was a store pick up due to it wasn't available in store and required a signature for home delivery. There was a hassle with proving who I am using the in store pick up but wasn't unreasonable. The process could have been explained prior to pick up, I almost had to have my wife come to the store because I used her credit card therefore it was in her name and I didn't have her card on me. They excepted a phone conversation with a few question about payment and I was good to go.
Pick up issues
I ordered an apple TV for in store pickup and tried to set it up so my wife could pick it up. I entered her info and yet when she got to the store they wouldn't allow it I called customer service and tried to get it squared away. After about 30 minutes trying to work with them and have them let her pick it up even calling the store to confirm it was me dealing with customer service going to their website and setting her up to pick it up again we just ended up giving up. Luckily I did get my money back within 24 hours. Not sure if this was an app problem or what but thats why I have it a 3 star rating.
