Ratings and Reviews
The app is difficult to use, as though the creators don't know how to make an iPad app. Navigation is awkward and primitive and content is limited. E.g., there's no easy way to get back to "home" when you're on any page, just a long row of horizontal mini icons on the bottom of the screen for each page that makes it useless and frustrating. For someone who lives here, it offers next to nothing one wouldn't already readily know. Do not recommend.
Woefully out of date
From the Oregonian, I expect an up-to-date listing of events. Instead I got a bloated glossy magazine with listings of Portland's old chestnuts that are weeks out of date. Ho hum
It won't even load
Look up "buggy" in the Oxford Illustrated Dictionary and you'll see two drawings: one of this app; the other of what The Oregonian is using to drive headlong into the 21st Century.
