Open iTunes to buy and download apps.
With ‘Best Western to Go!®’ you can find locations and make reservations for any Best Western hotel worldwide, track details of your trip, organize your travel plans with TripIt® and share your trip details with friends and family.
Starting out, ‘Best Western to Go!®’ will load your current location and highlight nearby Best Western branded hotels. Click on the Best Western logo to get more details about the hotel and to make a reservation. Or, you can search for hotels in other locations by entering the city name in the search bar at the top of the screen. Bring up additional map options to find nearby restaurants, attractions, transportation and more.
You can use this app to plan your trip by adding locations of things to see and do, places to meet your friends or colleagues and more. You can also use it while you’re at your destination to remember places you’ve been such as your favorite lunch spot, museum, beach or that great restaurant where you had dinner with a client. When adding your own favorite location, you can save the name of the place, a picture, a note about what you ate or saw and assign a specific category to it. You can retrieve these locations at any time. Multiple locations can be grouped together and saved as a trip and shared with your friends, family or colleagues via email.
You can also add your TripIt® itineraries and travel plans to the ‘Best Western to Go!®’ app. To do so, simply forward your confirmation emails to email@example.com. A TripIt® account is required as well as a valid email address.
Going on a business trip? Add your hotel and that restaurant downtown where you and your client are having lunch. On vacation? Save where you’ve been and where you’re going, like that great roadside diner in Flagstaff or the unique souvenir shop in Carlsbad, so you can remember to go back.

What's New in Version 3.5
This update also includes additional bug fixes and performance enhancements
Have to log in to rewards account every time I open the app. With a captcha (on an iOS app? Seriously?)
Once logged in, all I can see is my status and points, and personal info. I can’t even update my address or email from here. And even once I’m logged in, I can’t view my upcoming reservations unless I entered each reservation ID one at a time (re-entering my email address each time, as well).
This app looks like some executive proclaimed that they have to make an app, but nobody put any thought into what customers need out of a mobile app, so they just sent some very basic requirements (users must be able to login to rewards account, users must be able to book a reservation, users must be able to look up an existing reservation) to an overseas development company just to get it done.
I had three upcoming stays booked at Best Western. Because of this app’s failings, I already cancelled two of them and booked at Hilton properties instead. I’m trying to change the third, but it’s for tomorrow night, so I’m awaiting approval from our travel department.
It's okay. Missing two functions.
The app has basic functionality to search for hotels and book them when I am signed in. TripAdvisor scoring is a nice feature. However, the app is missing two functions: 1) It does not show current reservations when I am signed into my account and 2) it does have an automatic sign-in every I use the app. A hotel app should not be asking me for confirmation numbers to view my reservations when that information should be readily available when I am signed into my account.
Useless for rewards members
I downloaded this app thinking that once I logged in I would be able to see my upcoming reservations like other hotel chains. I logged in, clicked Reservations (which said check your reservations). I was floored when it prompted me for the reservation number and email address. What it the point of logging in with my rewards number if this app doesn't link it to my reservations? So now I'll just stick with Safari and check my reservations there. :(
