The application automatically calculates 8 optimized best sleep cycles, so you wake up fresh and ready to tackle the day.
"Best Sleep Time" is not an "Alarm" app: the application's purpose is to help you understand when to go to bed or when you should wake up. You will only receive reminder notification for the reminder(s) you setup.

Perfect for the Watch & Notification Center screen
A simple app but does well what it claims to do… Really good to be able to glance quickly on my watch to see what time I need to wake up! Or simply checking the lock screen! Brilliant!
