Chk dep scrn misaligned, 0 cust support
In the "Deposit Check" screens, the green positioning line extends past the right end of the capture area part way onto the black bar (iPhone 6s iOS 9.2). You have to ignore the right side of the green line, & align the right check edge against the black bar, & even then sometimes it complains about the alignment when submitting.
The only customer support is to call the main bank 800# who tells u to uninstall/reinstall the app, which of course doesn't work & they have no other support available.
Basic functions are ok, but the check deposit screen bug & lack of cust support to report it is frustrating, so have to report it here in this review
Add touch ID. Stop being lazy. My Chase and Variousl Capital One apps have had it for about two months now. Another issue is that checks now take 3 business days to fully deposit, this essentially rendered the feature useless to me as I want my funds instantly like that used to be. I find myself going back to the bank to deposit it which is inconvenient. Other than that no complaints.
This app is cool but I have to go through to much to get alerts on my phone for withdrawals/deposits into my account and you should add Touch ID & also a selection to where I can pay my Bethpage credit card bill through this app like all the other bank apps have it would make everything so much easier
