Mostly good (imo)

I think I like the current iteration of this app; the only issue I can think of is the stylish but obstructive fading-in of the login screen. It's slow and wastes time. I invariably tap the password field to enter my password only to find that the screen has not yet finished fading in, so the text entry point doesn't appear in the field when I tap there, and I have to wait and then tap again after the screen has (finally) finished fading in. If this was an app selling makeup or women's clothing, such stylish gimmicks would be right at home, but the purpose of this app is to allow one to conduct financial business, and here function must take precedence over form. The app needs to be quick and efficient – not fancy-looking. If you can make it fancy-looking without in any way impairing its function, that's fine, but forcing users to wait while some fancy-looking gimmick finishes doing its fancy-looking thing is not okay in a banking app.

Beyond that, I haven't scrutinized the app very closely, but I've used it to do some essential things like checking my balance and depositing checks, and I can't think of any other hitches I've run afoul of.

Available balance showing incorrect amount

This app is ok, but there is a major issue when it comes to the "Current Balance" and "Available Balance" amount. This app and a few other mobile banking apps will tell you an incorrect available balance ( which is the money that is in your account that has not been taken or pending ). Then, if you spend that money which you think you have in your account, you will go into overdraft and the debit card wont even decline it. It needs to be fixed because the overdrafts and fees are getting out of control for people because they're spending money they think they have in their account according to the app. This is the only major issue I have with this app and it deffitnitely needs to be checked out and changed to be more accurate. This has happend to me a few times and friends of mine who also use this app. Please fix it!

The old version was easier and better

You can only look at one account balance at a time. If you have multiple accounts it takes time to scroll through them. Each time you try to scroll from one account to another you need to wait for the new account to load so it takes way too much time to go to a 4th or 5th account. And god forbid you need to go back and forth between accounts to compare.
Also if you want to transfer money from accounts it makes you go through extra steps that can easily become confusing.
And any time I do a transfer on a tablet it does not update till I log out and then back in again.
When you look at each account it shows a very short history and takes way too much effort to get a decent length of history.
