This is the only mood/sleep/lifestyle tracker I've found that is at all workable for those with debilitating mental illness that needs to be recorded on a daily or hourly basis. The basics are easy to use when you get them explained, but it's no happy face/sad face BS, and if you're like me and love data, you can go much deeper. For the disabled (or abled!) Mentally Interesting, particularly those on the bipolar spectrum, I don't think you could find a better app. There's even a button for mixed episodes and the app is password-protected to avoid social stigma and secure your privacy. And ad free.

Get. This. App. Best free app I've ever used.

Great concept, crappy execution

This is the first app that I'm reviewing, and I had really high hopes for it. The thoughtfulness for the details of how events during your day can affect your moods is great... But it would only be better if it worked. It crashes half of the time (especially when you click the tools button), the sun button doesn't work, and when events overlap on the timeline, you can't click on the ones behind (especially if your events are tightly packed). So I will keep it on my phone, in hopes that the bugs get fixed. If they do, this would be a great app!

Works great! Minor bugs. Thoughtful design. Surprising features

It seems to still crash when u hit the tools button in events but the non-customized events are robust enough that this is minor. I am sending Alexander stone $ because this app is just what I needed.
