I listen ever evening. Must have!

Just what I've been looking for..


A simple, calming and effective guided meditation. A wonderful tool to bring quiet and stillness to one's day.

I was advised, when listening to these meditations, to sit up straight with my hands on my knees and thumb to index finger or middle finger. To then breathe as deep as I can into my belly, and then as deeply out. Eyes closed. Breathing through my nose. Allowing thoughts to come in and let them go.

The first fifteen minute meditation I did using this app brought immediate calmness. I will be using it everyday. Enjoy. Well worth it.



I love this. I wish there were more to chose from and not so expensive to purchase each one. But there's about 3 different ones I change between and listen to every single night. And I believe they really help me. Money, personal love, anxiety. I wish they'd develop more options at a more reasonable price.
